二、学者信息
Prof Richard R.W. Brooks, Columbia Law School
Richard R.W. Brooks is a professor of Columbia Law School. His scholarship focuses on contracts and agency, among other forms of business and social organization. Brooks has published numerous books and articles that analyze behavior through the lens of economics, custom, and law.Brooks’ work also includes articles about contract law and theory, experimental economics, the economics of environmental law, fairness, and perceptions of the legal system.
三、选课要求与报名方式
课程人数50人，向北大法学院在校学生开放报名。报名者须保证全勤出席，在校学生选课不得与在教务系统已选课程时间相冲突。
