2023年10月21日，第16届雷火电竞官网在线-首尔大学-东京大学法学年会（The 16th BESETO Conference）在韩国首尔大学法学院召开，戴昕、吴凯杰、张康乐三位老师代表雷火电竞官网在线出席学术年会。本届年会主题是“Sustainable Development and the Role of Law”，吴凯杰老师做学术报告“Sustainable Development and the Codificaition of Environmental Law in China”，张康乐老师做学术报告“Environmental Financing and Economic Development: The Law and Politics of ESG”，戴昕老师担任第3研讨单元主持人，并在闭幕环节代表北大法学院致辞。BESETO法学年会作为雷火电竞官网在线、首尔大学、东京大学三校法学学科开展定期学术交流的重要平台，自2007年起，由三校轮值举办。
